Roasted Pepper soup
🫑 1 pack mixed peppers
🫑 1 large onion, sliced
🫑 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halve
🫑 2 tbs rapeseed oil
🫑 Salt and pepper
🫑 2 cloves of garlic
🫑 Fresh basil
🫑 Some crisp bread (see recipe)

Put the vegetables on a grease proof paper
Add garlic, salt and pepper
Add oil, mixing to coat
Roast at 180°C for 45mins
Add basil, some water and blend
Serve with crisp bread and enjoy!
