Roasted Pepper Soup

Roasted Pepper soup

🫑 1 pack mixed peppers

🫑 1 large onion, sliced

🫑 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halve

🫑 2 tbs rapeseed oil

🫑 Salt and pepper

🫑 2 cloves of garlic

🫑 Fresh basil

🫑 Some crisp bread (see recipe)



 

🔄🔄🔄

  1. Put the vegetables on a grease proof paper

  2. Add garlic, salt and pepper

  3. Add oil, mixing to coat

  4. Roast at 180°C for 45mins

  5. Add basil, some water and blend

  6. Serve with crisp bread and enjoy!
