Hi There!

I'm Nicky (or Bimbola, if you can pronounce it). Like most girls raised in Nigeria's 80s, I learned to cook at a very young age but it was my fussy eating and food intolerances that helped pushed it into a passion. Well, those and a long cummute! :). I'll be sharing a combination of Nigerian, non-Nigerian and baking recipes.
