Ingredients

 

🌻🥜 25g sunflower seeds

🥜🌻 25g pumpkin seeds

🌻🥜 70g ground linseed

🥜🌻 25g peanut powder

🌻🥜 25g chopped roasted almonds

🥜🌻 30g chopped roasted cashew nuts

🌻🥜 1 medium egg /10g linseed (for vegan)

🥜🌻 120ml-150ml luke warm water

🌻🥜 Salt

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and gradually add water until a dough has formed

  2. Line a baking tray with grease proof sheet

  3. Cover with another sheet and roll out the dough between the two sheets, to preferred thickness

  4. Bake at 150 for 45-55 mins.

  5. Slice into desired slices and transfer to a cooling rack


For vegan

Mix 20g linseed with 2tbs Luke warm water and set aside for 5-7minutes
