Let's get this high fibre breakfast sorted really quickly
🥣3 cups oats
🥣1.5 cups rye flakes
🥣1 cup toasted split almonds
🥣1/3 cup dried cranberries
🥣1/4 cup sunflower seeds
🥣1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together
Store in a dry, tightly sealed container
