What you’ll need 🛒🛒🛒🛒
🍤250g Morrisons Gigli pasta
🍤Salt & Pepper
🍤125g cooked Squid tentacles
🍤200g king prawns
🍤40g Tahira Turkey Salami, sliced
🍤1 medium onion, diced
🍤1 clove of garlic
🍤4 small finger chillies
🍤100ml Passata
🍤80ml Elmlea double cream
🍤Handful chopped basil to serve
🍤2tbs olive oil
🍤Salt and pepper
🍤50g Parmesan, grated
🎶🎶This is how we do it…
🍤 Boil the pasta as per instruction (with salt, so much better)
🍤 Heat olive oil in over medium heat
🍤Add diced onions, cook for 2 minutes
🍤Add sliced salami, cook for about 2-3 mins, stirring until flavour is released
🍤Add passata, cream, some basil, salt and pepper to taste.
🍤Cook sauce for about 8-10 min on high heat 🍤Stir in the pasta and cook for 2 more mins
🍤Add grated Parmesan and basil
