🔄🔄🔄🔄🔄

  1. Melt butter and dark chocolate together, set aside to cool down

  2. Sieve flour and cocoa powder together, also set aside

  3. Whisk sugar and eggs together until it’s doubled

  4. Fold in melted chocolate mixture

  5. Fold in flour and cocoa powder mixture

  6. Add chocolate chips, folding in gently

  7. Pour into a baking tin/foil

  8. For biscoff flavour, top with the crushed biscuits and dollops of biscoff

  9. Bake for 20mins @160. See below for baking at different temp for different brownie type

👇🏽👇🏽Tips 👇🏽👇🏽

🍰This recipe makes one tray bake or 2 9 inches foil bake

🍰I generally set a time for the whisking and do so for 5 mins

🍰 For ultimate biscoff flavour, melt and add 7tsp of biscoff to the mix before baking

🍰Brownies are weird things. If you like them dry, bake @ 180 for 20mins. If you like them fudgey @160 at 18mins but leave in oven when you turn it off. For what I call dessert brownie, bake at 160 for 18mins abs remove from oven immediately.
