Giant Cookie

🍪 115g Cold Butter

🍪 100g Light Brown Sugar

🍪 55g Granulated Sugar

🍪 1tsp vanilla extract

🍪 1 egg

🍪 2 tbs cornflour

🍪 1tsp bicarbonate soda

🍪 1/2tsp salt

🍪 75g white chocolate chips

🍪 75g milk chocolate chips

  1. Cream butter and sugar for about 1 min

  2. Add egg and Vanilla extract

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. Place dough in an 8 inch pan (20-21cm)

  5. Freeze for at least 1hr

  6. Bake at 180 for 10mins and 160 for 15 min

Baking at different temperature abs cornflour gives it a good colour, a crunch on the outside but a nice soft inside.


Mix Milk chocolate with the dough but spread white on top


You can also use dark chocolate or nuts to Substitute the chocolate
