Almond, Cranberry & White Chocolate Cookie

It’s my NY style cookies but only 130g instead of the usual 160g.


🛒🛒🛒🛒


🍪125g Butter

🍪100g light brown sugar

🍪75g granulated sugar

🍪2tsp vanilla extract

🍪1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

🍪1/2 tsp baking powder

🍪200g white chocolate chips

🍪100g dried cranberry

🍪1 tbs cornflour

🍪120g roasted almonds, chopped

  1. Cream butter and sugar

  2. Add egg and Vanilla extract

  3. Add the rest of dry ingredients

  4. Weigh out the cookies at your desired weight (I usually go for 130-150)

  5. Freeze for at least 1hr

  6. Bake at 180°C for 16mins
